Malibu, Subangdaku, Mandaue City - The Malibu-Matimco Village Homeowners Association Inc. (MMVHAI) is occupying the 1.5 hectare parcel land of 9.2 hectare donated land of Mandaue City government.  The parcel of land comprise of 261 structures with 261 member families.  MMVHAI is also a member association of 9.2 Urban Poor Network which includes the LTHAI, GUIZO, MAHARLIKA and MANTUYONG.  The association acquired loan from Community-led Infrastructure Facility Fund (CLIFF) through the Philippine Alliance for a construction of their first 20 housing units (row house).    The construction started last 16th of March 2011 which is now 45% completed after a month.
